Data Monitoring Overview

Data monitoring is a comprehensive process that involves the continuous collection, evaluation, and analysis of data to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. In health care and insurance, data monitoring plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of patient care, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Our data monitoring framework is engineered to deliver a thorough assessment of our data's quality, consistency, and security across the collected health data landscape. This document explains the principal elements of our data monitoring approach, guaranteeing that we uphold data integrity, comply with regulatory standards, and facilitate informed decision-making.

Metrics Collection and Visualization

We collect a wide range of metrics from our Database system, including but not limited to DB monitoring metrics like connection metrics, size and transaction metics, query statistics, resoure and index usages. Additionaly this would include user & usage metrics, gauge and summaries. These metrics are crucial for understanding the real-time performance and use of our applications and for making data-driven decisions.

The collected metrics are exported to a visualization tool that allows us to create intuitive dashboards. These dashboards provide us with immediate insights into the health of our applications, enabling us to quickly detect and respond to any issues that may arise.
